If they can't fix the sloppy controls though. release is going to be much better - more bug fixes, better translations, etc. I preferred the first's simplicity, but it's nice to have more options I suppose. The crafting system is different from the first, which might appease some people who were complaining about the first's. This means, for example, showing poverty as something people admire and seek. The game also suffered from the same half-assed translation attempt that plagued the first one - although the first one didn't bother me all that much. The graphics were pretty nice, but something about them irked me (probably the consolitis). it seemed to be suffering from some major consolitis. The controls were not all that responsive. Playing through the first chapter (what you're allowed to get through without a key), I was both impressed and annoyed. Not only that, but the full install has a "Trial version" built in! Unfortunately the only way I've seen to get it is to torrent the game. as a matter of fact, you can buy it from GoGamer for cheap. the game has been out for a while across the pond. It would help if they put out a demo so I can try it out first.Ĭheck this out. I don't have the scratch for this game right now anyway but I'll be curious what people here think of it and I may scoop it up in the future.
